my son was burn stillborn 10th Aug 2016. I had the most traumatic birth and my child’s dad was at best uninterested
it’s coming up to a year since he passed and I had to beg and plead with my partner to book the day of (and I had to remind him of the day…). anyway we got into a bit of an argument today because I was annoyed that he’s shown no emotion towards our baby’s passing. he then told me if I hadn’t have asked him he wouldn’t have booked the day off he would just have treated it as any other day..
on top of that he told me he didn’t love his son the same way he loved his child from a previous relationship, he Loved that child more.
Im a mixture of rage and hurt and he doesn’t seem to think he’s done or said anything wrong?
am I overreacting?

Maybe it’s his way of dealing with it I know when we lost a baby I was a mess but my partner was very practical about it all it doesn’t mean he doesn’t care he just deals with things differently maybe he just wanted to carry on as normal not sit and cry or be emotional and thsts OK too look from his view as well as your own
