Pp please and please try not to judge … I’m getting very worried I’ve been getting letters off the DVLA saying I’m not paying tax etc for cars I don’t even have , I sent off the log book ( which they obv failed to have ) the problem is people I sold them to I did over fb … don’t even remember there names or adress etc I’m getting so scared can I go to prison ??? How do I about this I’m getting into more and more debt and feel like such a useless Mother while I got my ex sending police to my house all the time I’m just getting to the point I don’t know what to do !!! I’m getting abuse from my ex now debt on top !! Please help someone I have no one else to talk to and have no friends really anymore … I don’t no a way out of all this n have started thinking silly thoughts but can’t leave my baby’s … 😞

You can’t go to prison! However you will get fined! This happened to my partner and he had to ‘re apply for a new log book for £20! I think that’s your only option! But who’s name do you put it in when you send it off again that’s the question!
Put it in writing to them that you have sold the car and the date you sold it if you can remember your no longer the legal owner my partner had this problem he wrote too them and everything was fine as long as you keep them updated nothing will come of it x
Phone DVLA and explain to them. I’m sure it will put your mind at ease
