Hi ladies my partner has moved out of our rented house. Just sorting with the estate agent getting his name taken off tenancy. I’ve spoken to citizens advice about what I’m entitled to whilst working part time after a previous post when I was lost as to what to do and now I was wondering when do I put my housing benefit and child/working tax credits claims in ? Now or when he’s officially off the tenancy ? Thankyou x
