Pp please,
I currently work part time and a single mum of 2 children 6&7, I am off work sick atm but not being paid 😡 but why I’ve been off I’ve realised how much I don’t like my job! I’ve applied to start uni in October doing something I’ve always wanted to do but before I hand my notice in I need to no that I will be able to get some sort of financial help as I would be leaving my job voluntarily, I can’t work be a mum and go uni full time but I can’t be without money as I have children to feed and cloth, I’ve never not worked but I really want to re study! You’ll get child benefit and child tax credits but they will make you wait for jsa or income support. Can you not ask your boss to sack or lay you off? If they’re reasonable they might do that x
You can leave on sick reasons so should get help
