Just looking for some advice on a mole i have on the top of my back its not changed colour or size but for a few days has felt a bit tender to touch (feels the same as when u prod a bruise) should.i go to the docs to get it checked or am i worrying over nothing

Maybe ask at a chemist and then see a gp. Mine where ichy once and they said that’s fine
