I’m having the same issues. Have for years. It’s because my progesterone is low. I’m currently waiting on treatment but it’s bad. I get so angry and explode. But I also get overly emotional and cry. Im currently puffy eyed as I’ve just had a major melt down. I’m due mine on Monday and I’ve been like this since yesterday. It’s horrid. I’m hoping by boosting my progesterone it will help as that can cause sever PMT
