It’s nearly a year since I split with my children’s dad.i thought I was completely over him until recently when I feel like I’m straight back to the beginning..Iv become a totally unreasonable bitch in all honesty and hate the fact he’s moved on and in with his new gf and child and is happy while I seem to be stuck becoming more and more hurt and bitter…but I truthfully want to be happy for him as I still care for him a lot but this once again seems to be taking over my every thought….don’t know what I want from this post really but thought I’d give it ago xx

I’ve been split from my daughters dad a few months and it does hurt that hr has moved on and I’m stuck where i am. Go out and enjoy yourself and forget about him. X
Sounds similar to what someone close to me is going through. It would be hard seeing him move on and creating another family life. I’m not sure what to say to help sorry but just know that you will move on too when you are ready x
