Pp please

I had the coil fitted on 3rd March. The copper non hormonal one and didn’t bleed up until Sunday or Monday and it’s been ridiculously heavy. I’ve been in awful pain today with period pains and earlier I went to the loo whilst having contraction like period pains and passed a clot as big as my fist and it looked slightly grey. I’m literally filling a heavy flow pad every hour. Does anyone have this problem or had this with the non hormonal coil and could possibly shed some light? I’ve had feminex and it hasn’t helped my period pains in the slightest x
