PPP. A friend of mine has left an abusive relationship and has been moved into a council house. Unfortunately there is no flooring, the floors are concrete. She is desperate for some kind of carpet or vinyl flooring to put down. Does anyone know where she’d be able to get some cheap off cuts or where the cheapest place is to buy it. thanks
