Asking for a friend

She has started bleeding she is ten days early for period and have had cramps the past two days plus she hasn’t been using protection with her bloke and a minute ago she messaged me this:

“Just had a closer look at the tampon, It’s like black blood clots, but all the blood was multicoloured, Brown (Like the very end of the period), fresh, and dark red… I’d only had that in for 2 hours but it wasn’t full either? There was also a flesh coloured lump on the end? Literally looked like a chunk of flesh from a surgery or something 😷😷 sorry if tmi but I dunno what I’m looking for? I’m in so much pain 😭 xxxxxx”

Advice please as im concerned for her aswell but need another view x
