PPP birth and birthing partners. My partner thinks I’m being unfair that I want my sister, As well as him as my birthing partners. I would of had my mum as one but live hundreds of
Miles away so my sister is closest thing I’ve got. My partner thinks am basically ruining his experience of the birth as it’s his first and wanted it to be just me and him. I did originally say just us to but his been talking about the birth in such a worrying way that I felt I just need someone with me who’ll keep me calm. This isn’t my first and had previous bad birth (dif partner) aswell as 2 speedy births were midwifes didn’t think was in labour but dilated very quick, so just feel like I need someone there for me who’s gonna keep me feeling calm? When talking about birth previously he said he can’t look at anything will only stay at top holding my hand and how he’ll probably faint aswell as loads of other stuff, now I dunno if that’s his nerves talking but I don’t feel like his taking what I need into consideration hence asking my sister to come incase he really is like that
