Can someone please tell me what rights I have as a mother. My sons father never bothers with him, never texts to see if he is okay, doesn’t pay child maintenance, too busy with his new girlfriend. Is now becoming spiteful towards his son because of our “relationship”. He just doesn’t bother with him, my sons missing out and it’s really pissing me off 😞
