PPP- do any of the other mums have any idea what this could be? 🤔 Just spotted this on my 3yr olds heel as he’s just fell asleep 😴 he hasn’t complained of any pain

Are they like little silver marks? Did he have a few of the little jabs on his feet, my eldest was born early and had a lot of the blood gases done, her heels are covered in these still at 13 xx
