Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with my little boy. He’s 3 years old and just hasn’t been right the past few weeks. He’s always tired no matter how much sleep he gets, he’s angry and frustrated all the time for literally no reason and the past couple of nights he’s literally not slept at all. At the minute he is crawling and jumping round my bed crying his eyes out saying his belly is sore. He is eating and drinking and going to the toilet like normal. He’s normally such a happy content little boy and I just don’t have any idea what’s wrong with him. He has not stopped crying for like 3 days now.
