PPP hello everyone my 5 year old slipped on her slide yesterday and has hurt her ankle, its not a deep cut more like 3 bad grazes its also quiet badly bruised now (pictures taken yesterday) anyway iv taken the dressing off to clean it and their is yellow gooey stuff on the plaster, could it be infected and should I take her to see a doctor? I dont no if they can actually do anything other than clean and dress as I am doing already its not deep so no stitches needed but she is in some pain struggling to walk. Thank you x
