PPP hi do me for my ex split 2 year ago he was very violent towards me the kids herd:saw most of it
Around the time we split my nephew made a allegation of sexual abuse against my ex this went to court but was very little evidence so due to this allegation. And his violence with me ss got involved I then found out that he has been accused of sexual abuse twice when he was 15/16 against younger kids
These went has far has cps
My mind started to go awol then it made me wonder
Sometimes (when we were together ) I didn’t wasn’t sex but he’s constantly nag me and call me names and smash things untill I agreed it made me wonder was it also sexual abuse he was doing to me can I still report it has it’s. Been 2 year since we split
He isn’t allowed contact with kids but my ex best friend his now girl friend has told me he’s planning on taking me for full custody
When ss were involved they told me I was a brilliant mum kids were well looked after etc so they didn’t need to be involved anymore plus ex was off the scene
However he’s planning on using my illness against me if he does take me to court
I’ve a heart condition and also suffer depression and OCD
