PPP… Hopefully I’m not the only once that has this issue. My son is 21months old he’s very good when it comes to helping bath himself but it’s not the same when it comes to his teeth he won’t let me touch his mouth ever since he was 11months old and a doctor had put a stick in his mouth as he was unwell. Can anyone give me tips on brushing his teeth as don’t want to force his mouth open, he does suck the toothpaste off though and loves watching me brush my teeth. I’m in need of advice no bashing please. Thank you.

i started telling my daughter that theres spiders in her mouth and that i have to take them out lol . i also let her help me brush mine . it gets easier from there .
We have this struggle too.. our little boy is 2 & still hates having his teeth brushed… we have to put a video on the phone for him to watch to distract him… doesn’t always work but worth a go lol xx
Chewable tooth brush? Let him play with it and chew it for a little while see how he goes xc
Iv got my daughter a flashing toothbrush she loves it. I brush her teeth first then let her do it. Just try and make it fun or let him brush yours first x
Make it fun my daughter has an electric one that sings songs and that and I say to her can u brush ur teeth and sing at the same time… she gives it a go make it a game x
