PPP – I fell pregnant but couldn’t take anything to do with my baby’s dad at the time as he was a bad man. No one (including mine and his family) know about my child being his. Someone else has basically brought my child up, my ex boyfriend.. but I have always been a single parent since my child was born. I have had contact on and off with my baby’s dad and he was all up for being on the birth certificate and taking involvement but recently he hasn’t been and blocked Me off social media. I have just came in contact with his sister which would be my sons Aunty. My son is now 1. I’ve explained to her why I’ve waited so long to contact them and she understood me 100% and said she was happy to help me give her DNA to get the test done for 100% mind set and then see where al goes from there. She said meet up with her tomorrow, but has contacted me since then saying she spoke to her dad and he says they are to stay away and not get involved with us. I feel pretty heartbroken about all of this, they have made it clear they want nothing to do with my child. I’ve done it on my own all this time now, so haven’t really lost anything but I’m pretty gutted. Where would you say I’d be best to go from here?
