Ppp. I had what could possibly have been my bloody show yesterday at 7.30pm, then today at 2.30pm I had what was definitely my bloody show. I’ve been having cramps on and off all afternoon and what feels like period pains, my lower back hurts too. My waters haven’t broken but have had a little trickle this afternoon so have put a pad on but not sure if it is waters. How long after your show did you go into labour? Does this sound like the beginning? At what point should I call midwifes? Tia x
