I have a 4 month old baby she is my first baby and I think I have postnatal depression I am finding it really hard to leave her with family I cry at just the thought of it, me and her dad are together but he works a lot so it’s always just me and her. She plays up when other people try and feed her and crys when they hold her which makes me hate the thought of leaving her even more… just feel like no one understand how I’m feeling and how hard it is to leave her… my boyfriend (baby’s dad) thinks I’m a nasty person because of it but I don’t mean to be…. what should I do and how long will this last for xx
