I have a lg with my ex who sees her twice a week (just) and lives 25 miles away. I also have a lb with my current partner who I marry in December. I have a will which states my wishes, but would the courts consider my hubby to have residential care of her so she didn’t have to split from her brother?
**With access/court order to stay in place so she sees her dad?**
