Ppp I want other mums option on this please . I have a child in year 1 . Who is being bullied by another child in her class . She says things to my daughter like she’s stupid and annoying and no body will ever be friends with her . Now for me I would class that as mental bullying . The child knows what she’s saying will upset people . 2 other mums in the class have also had a issue with the same child being horrible to their kids . The mum sees this going on but does nothing as do the teacher . So I’ve phoned and said I want a meeting with the Head . As this has been going on since foundation . My question is am I overreacting . My child is super sensitive as it is and very emontial x

  • No you are not over reacting that is your baby being bullied like that in a place were they are supposed to learn and be safe n happy ! If it is having an effect on that child emotionally and impacting her school life id be straight in the office u can bet !

  • No you’re not. It needs nipped in the bud or it will just continue. My son had the same in primary one last year. I kept at the school. He’s much happier fingers crossed in primary 2. X

  • No!!! Your child is entitled to feel safe at school!!! If you don’t step in your saying it’s ok she’s being bullied- no one deserves to be bullied x
