Ppp i want to bring my daughter on hoilday next year i have her passport both parents signed it (after a lot of hassle on her fathers part) do i still need a letter from him allowing me to take her out of the country shes 100% in my care no corth orders or shared access but she dose have his second name and if i do need a letter from his is there anything i can do if he refuses to give the letter willingly any advise is apprechated thanks in advance x
