Ppp… I’m 29 weeks and was talking to my midwife today about my birthing plan I’ve always wanted a water birth but with my first I wasn’t able to have one.. she’s said that because I have spd I cannot have one but I’ve read online that it would help a lot more with the pain in that.. has anyone had a water birth that has suffered from spd? Thank You x
