Ppp I’m desperate. My mum and dad don’t like my partner of 3 years. Basically they blame him for ‘taking their grandchild away’im 30 years old and he’s given me and my daughter the best 3 years so far! He’s amazing. They have an issue because now I have someone who supports us and I don’t have to depend on them a lot anymore. I haven’t cut them out or anything like that it’s literally because they don’t see my daughter every day. They through things back in my face but when I mention i have up college and work to be a full time carer for my mam they say I’m selfish!!! For 10 years i put my mum first every time. She used to get pissed off even if I went for a cuppa with the school mums without her! Now I’m getting on with my life she makes it so hard I now have a 6month old and because my partner doesn’t like the way my mam uses my older daughter against me he won’t let our youngest go to her which i totally respect. His mum is amazing and so both my daughter stay with her but it’s making it so awkward for me being in the middle of things my mum getting angry and stressing at me and my partner getting angry at me because of them. I don’t want to lose my partner but my mum is making it so so difficult like everything is a competition and she gets jealous so easily yet my partners mum doesn’t and just accepts what is. I’m finding it so difficult right now. My mum is so hard to talk to and blames everyone else for her problems so talking won’t do any good. How can I help my situation? 😢😢😭
