Ppp. I’m having abit of a problem that I don’t know what to do. My kids are 6 and 8. I’m going on my honey moon in a weeks time for one week. My kids are staying with my parents which they are extremely excited for. I was already debating the honeymoon as iv never spent more then a night away from them but after speaking to them I decided I would go. Now the issue is my kids biological dad hasn’t been involved with my kids since my youngest was 3 weeks old. About 8 months ago he messaged me saying get my husband to adopt them as he is several thousand in debt with csa and couldn’t get a legit job because they would take money straight out his wages. Anyways his heard that I’m going on my honey moon and his saying his going to go find out who the kids are staying with and collect them and there’s nothing I can do about it as he still has parental rights. Now I no my ex says alot of crap so there is a chance he does not mean it but could he collect them? Obviously my parents wouldn’t hand them over but would he police take my kid off my parents and give them to him if he did? My kids no that my husband isn’t there dad they no there real dad’s name but they do not no him. What can I do to make sure they stay with my parents. It making me wish I never agreed to go now.😭😭 xx
