PPP… In need of major advice no bashing please … I have recently come out of a long term relationship with my child’s dad which has resulted in my child not sleeping at night properly… And waking up at early hours unless my child is in my bed which than sleeps perfectly but I won’t let that happen. My child started being afraid of the dark so I put a night light in place and have kept a light on in hall as the night light wasn’t enough it’s now come down to noises … I can tell that my child is missing there dad but for good intentions I had to part, my child does still see him all the time so Wanted to know if anyone has any advice as I’m 6months pregnant feeling zombie fied due to my child not sleeping for a few months now and than not able to rest during day.. Any advice would help thank you. I’ve tried literally everything I can think off…
