Ppp in need of some advice or self experiences here goes, so today I made the step to contact a domestic abuse line I spoke to a nice woman about the emotional and mental abuse i have had and still getting she is coming out to see me next week. I’m now thinking I should of kept my mouth shut because I’m scared social services are going to get involved and take my kids. He has never hit me or bin physical but it’s the mental and emotional side. We are not together but this is carrying on help plz should i of just shut up and put up so to speak Tia

No social services won’t take your children as you’ve taken steps to do something which they will see as a positive they would only remove your children if you didn’t do anything and went back to partner you’ve done the right thing xx
Don’t shut up please speak out about it… You have took the first step in speaking to someone please don’t bottle it all up.. abuse is never ok no matter what sort it is xxx
