Ppp? I’ve had an Appointment card from the hospital for the end of June which will make me 38 weeks, it’s with a consultant. Has anyone else had an appointment like this and what happened at the appointment?

I had a consultant appointment at 32 weeks with my first daughter. He just looked at bloods, blood pressure, weight gain, growth of baby, the anaesthetist saw me (to assess in case of section). He didn’t want to see me again, and even told me to ask the labour ward to consider allowing a water birth despite my medium risk (they didn’t).
It’s nothing to be concerned about, it’s just about mitigating any risks and keeping everyone safe. I’m waiting for a consultant appointment for this pregnancy, but I only have 1 risk factor and the antenatal clinic told me I may not get one because they’re overstretched! Nothing to worry about.
Just making sure everything is ok. They measured my pressure and done scan and realised i was in slow Labour so they put me in emergency labour xx
Iv had a few consultant appointments. They check your blood pressure. Baby heart beat and urine. Then the doctor will come and talk to u about any problems and what they are going to do xx
I had one at 38+4, it was too have a sweep and too talk about a birthing plan. X
Did you have one at 16 weeks? Itl be about your birth plan x
