Just a question to working mum’s! I have a 3 yo and another baby on the way. One lot of nursery fees is expensive but we’ve finally got 30 hours free child care which is a godsend. But when I go back to work how do you arrange work round childcare and 2 children? When my elsest goes to school in september she’ll obviously be 9-3 but baba will be in private nursery 8-6 costing £50 a day so do I work full time and pay extra for clubs before and after school on top of full time childcare for baby? I really don’t know how to work it, it’s barely worth working with the cost of it but we’re not entitled to anything if I give up work, unless I’m working it out wrong on the calculators? Hubby earns around £29000. Is it too much for me to claim anything? Just after advice from mum’s in similar situations xx
