PPP.. just had a fact finding hearing after my eldest accused her father of sexual assault and we get the judgement next week. Then it’s cafcass section 7 report. My ex has bad mental health and several suicide attempts throughout a year. What access am I likely to be expecting them to give? I’ve said none so far as my children refuse to see him, it’s been a year now since they last saw him and their adamant they do not want to see him again. I’m getting bad anxiety over what to expect x
