Ppp me and my now x have split up. We have a child together who is 2. He constantly putting me down always find a negative in what I do. Anyway last year strangled me. I got back with him no more violence involved. We did split up I felt good got back and just arguing bickering so the other night he wouldn’t leave so I went throw his thing’s out he tried to take my phone to which I ended up having my side of the washer crying her was laughing I started to be sick he was saying o here we go like I could help it then I had a panic attack which he said he didn’t care laughing at me he then leaves asked me take care of our daughter as no one will see him again he threatens this many times before he has no where to go o feel guilty split our family up. I was put on anti dreppesion tablets I know it was the relationship. He used jerk towards me makong me flinch then calls me a shit house cause I was scared don’t know where I’m going here me and LG are doing so much better bit he rings me over 100 times last night LG was in bed I blocked him so I can sleep. He will see our daughter I wouldn’t stop him as he adores her x
