PPP, my depression an anxiety is at a all time high right now, an I’m feeling so low!! Had one of the worst days ever the other day which made it all worse, I’ll just let you in on what happened (I cry every time I say or write it) my ex cheated on me for 4 an half years with out me knowing, he left me for the girl he cheated on me with!! Before we broke up an before I found out the was cheating I realised I was pregnant, I wasn’t in the right state of mind at the time with my depression, he took advantage of that An convinced me it’s best to abort our baby which I stupidly did, well the other day I found out his gf is now pregnant an she’s keeping it, felt like a stab in the heart an I’m feeling so shit, I feel like I died inside!! I’m crying now as I write this, I dunno what to do or anything!! I dunno what I expect from this post but I needed to vent this, thanks for reading x
