Ppp my health visitor filled a early help assessment for my son and she asked a few questions about what she needed to know and then I signed it and she said she would type it up on the computer and send me a copy. The problem is she’s put on he lives with me and his dad but he doesn’t following our split and it goes to the local county council. Now I’m worrying this is going to cause problems with my rent account or is it separate to housing? I’m assuming housing and schooling are separate but not 100% how it works. I never spoke about the split to my health visitor because I never thought to at the time.
