Ppp my sons dad has always been good with money for his son he has a contract in his name I use (I have bad credit ) he gave me 50 a month and put 40 in my sons bank all of this was child maintenance including what he put in our sons bank he did give me 90 but I told him to start putting 40 in bank anyways now he has said he is refusing to give me the £50 as he can’t afford it ! We had words and I said don’t put money in lil ones bank as I already put 40 in and can’t afford to put 80 a month in his bank he’s refusing and think it bit out of order that he has stopped putting the 50 in bank is there out I can do I mentioned csa but he said I won’t get much as he on minimum wage
