Ppp, Need some help not baby related, My partner talks in his sleep always had done, weve been together 9months live together blah blah. I can deal with the talking to a point but its getting sooo bad now like 3 hours of constant mumbling in his sleep and lastnight he grabbed my face quite forcefully. Hes totally asleep hes punched me before while sleeping thinking im a robber. I know he has an over active brain because hes up from 5am working then home to help care for my kids while i work and he doesnt go bed til about 10.30pm ive made him book a docs appointment but is there anything i can help him with. TIA
