Ppp No bashing please my daughter’s dad hasn’t seen her in a week and asked if he could take her today so I said yes picked her up at 3 then bring her home at 5, he is meant to take her 3 days a week for 3 hours a day (which i think he should take her for more hours a day) as that’s what we agreed but he’d rather go to the gym!. It’s like he just doesn’t care and I’m constantly on the phone asking when he wants to see out daughter any way my question is how do I go about getting it in writing? So if he doesn’t turn up ECT.. I’ve got proof and I’m not made out to be the bad one. Sorry for the long post I just want my baby to no her dad but he just blames everything on like he doesn’t want to pick her up cause he doesn’t want to see me. I’ve had enough of it. Thanks

My kids dad isn’t the same he’s seen them twice in 18 months but in between he’s asked for them and didn’t turn up numerous times the last time they saw him was Halloween for 2 hours and he was supposed to get them the weekend after and has ignored me since I know this doesn’t really help about getting it in writing, maybe a solicitor could help you?xx
