PPP, PLEASE !
I’ve been in a crazy, nast custody battle the last year. And I’m not lying when I say I’ve been treated very unfairly. My ex is a felon, on parole now, has failed EVERY.SINGLE.DRUG.TEST and they still act like he and his wife (who has also failed drug tests) are these perfect people. Prior to the custody battle everything was civil, we had no CO(now I realize dumbest thing ever), he got the girls when he could. Usually one weekend a month, we split holidays, and consecutive weeks in summer. I didn’t think there were any issues until last July. He then called CYS, accusing me if drug use and abuse. I was cleared. We had mediation in September and since my 6yo had already started kindergarten the mediator decided to leave girls with dad until the formal hearing. We had that in January, got the order in March, he called the day after the CO arrived claiming abuse again, I was cleared.This time the allegations said it happened before Christmas, I had the girls for Christmas and in February. The CO had stated they end the school year there, we live 7 hours apart, i get them the second weekend of each month and we do 2weeks on 2weeks on in sunmer. We went to the appeal hearing 2 weeks ago, and I got my girls last Monday for the first time since Feb, until today. We’re doing every other week until school, and supposed to have a hearing before school starts. Here’s my thing, he should’ve been held in contempt for so many reasons, wouldn’t leg me speak to girls or anything. This court system isn’t doing anything! My ex and his wife are manipulating my poor girls, they’re enduring so much and it isn’t fair to them. I don’t know what to do anymore.
