Ppp please 😊 so yesterday I went to the first initial assessment for mediation, the ex hasn’t had an appointment yet and that’s all they could tell me. Is there normally a length in time that they have to be seen from my appointment? And also has anyone ever made an agreement there and then gone for the ex60 court order? So that it’s legally binding, I asked the lady yesterday and this can be done but just want to know if anyone has ever done it? Iv been advised by my solicitor if this doesn’t go what I think is best for my baby I should stop all contact and make him apply to the courts. Thanks 😊
