PPP.. so firstly i have only been living with my partner 4-5 months. Today we had a bit of an argument in the car. He said he felt like he couldn’t go out and do things with his friends because of me. So he has lads night most weeks.. my 3 year old is in bed I stay out of the way to give them that lads time. He goes out maybe once or twice a week too. So I obviously was shocked and didn’t get where it was coming from. As I was defending myself he started saying I should just accept it and apologies and then proceeded to drive like a twat to be blunt with my 3 year old in the back. Then he told me to stop been nasty and shut the fuck up. My question is am I in the right to be still upset.. I was in an extremely abusive relationship prior so people shouting at me I can’t cope with ever he knows this. My daughter will never see her biological dad because of how bad things were. So I expect him to set an example. Also he waited to do this after he dropped off his 13 year old son.. he’s fine now and we haven’t exactly spoke about it since but it’s left me feeling deflated and a really horrible person. Sorry for the long post.
