I was suppose to be due on about 3 days ago and I still haven’t come on? I haven’t got a partner or have had sex in like 1 years😂, should I be worried incause something wrong or is it me over thinking?xx

Thank you ladys:), I don’t think it is stress I haven’t really done much different to my normal daily routine, I do the same think pretty much every day, I’ve always been on the same dates as my app shows me but last month I twice would taht make a difference?xx

Probably just stress related. Nothing to worry about. I’d be more worried if you missed your period for 3 months completely… but 3 days is nothing to worry about x
Could be anything I wouldn’t worry!! And you may not think your stressed but stress isn’t really something you can control. I didn’t think I was stressed but I’ve just started back at work after 3 months off sick with a problem in my abdomen that’s mainly brought on by stress! And looking back I definitely was but at the time I thought I was fine haha!! Just give it a week. If still no period, and your worries speak to a doctor. X
If you’ve had a bad cold or any illness that is likely to delay ovulation and therefore your period. X
Could be anything at all, small things can throw off your period lovely x
