PPP. They way my neighbours treat there eldest son (3-4years old I think) is horrible , this morning at around half 7 I could hear him screaming for his mother and once again she had locked him outside of the flat and left him in the hallway nearly half naked! They do this on a weekly basis , my concern is for the young boy. We do not hear a pop from them other then the child screaming and the mother yelling. They never leave the flat and when ever me or my OH leave the flat the boy is stood at the window waving and is quickly ushered down by what I expect to be the mother. The flat is in terrible condition and has cockroaches which come through under my front door I’ve had to gas my flat twice!! Do you think I should ring Ss for the sake of the child as it’s not just him they also have a new born. I don’t want to be a one of those mothers that is judgemental of how other parent there children but I can’t stand the was she treats the child. No bashing please I’m just in two minds on what to do. Any advice ??xx

Yes you need to report this, everyone in all communities have a responsibility to look out for the welfare of all children.
Even if this family just need extra support because they are struggling and are too scared to ask for it, you need to make a call to children’s services to voice your concerns. X x x
Omg ring ss, no one should leave there child outside, and half naked. If its like this outside the flat, what will she treat him like inside 🙄 x
Personally i would ring ss. Who leaves a 3/4 year old outside on there own really ??
ring Social services and the next time he is locked/shut out ring 999 that is neglect at best abuse at worst
