PPP think I’m suffering from depression but I’m so scared of the doctors anyone know how they daignose it and what they do for it I’m constantly sad never happy have no friends because I think I suffer social anxiety aswell also can they tell you don’t have depression? Feel like I’m on my own all the time I never go out cuase I’m scared of going out on my own

You are obviously suffering from anxiety and depression, my love. Please pluck up your courage and go to your GPs, They see and hear many many people describing just what you have told us here. Doctors do have a specific list of questions to ask to check for depression, and I’m sure you will be properly treated. Do please go to doc’s, I’ve had depression on and off for years now, and the difference the correct medication makes is wonderful.
