Ppp to relevant page please.

So I haven’t had a period since 24th august. All the tests I’ve done in the past 2 weeks have all been negative, as was the one at the doctors and my blood tests all came back clear.
Since i came off the pill in January and my periods started again I’ve never missed one. I’ve been getting very slight cramp like pains in the middle of my tummy and am starting to get tender breasts but am now unsure if that’s my body getting ready for what should be my next period the beginning of November.
My doctor said if I don’t get a period again to try another test and go back.
I’m on medication for dizziness, headaches and sickness.
I was wondering if the same had happened to anyone else,and what the outcome was.
I’m 30 and my husband and I are ttc and have been for the past 6 months.
