Please reply to my post, I won’t get professional help, I won’t go to the dr or anything, the only thing I will do is speak to people anonymously, my children have been through a lot (not from me) and the last thing they need is this too. Even though I want to, i won’t do anything stupid because of them, they need me and I need them too but I just need to find a way to deal with this without professionals x
As others have said contact professionals asap, you can even do a self referral to mental health services. Speak to someone don’t bottle it up. X
Go to the doctor! ASAP they can refer to to a counsellor or psychiatrist or whoever you need to see and probably put you on antidepressants xxx

I feel like this my dad died 10 April and I’m a daddy’s girl only child dad was my life but I have to carry on cause of my kids it’s horrible
Don’t be afraid to speak and be pro active & seek professional help , your kids need you ❤️
