Hi mums. I was just looking for some advice and experiences you have had on antidepressants and if you found they helped at all or just made you feel like a zombie. I have an appointment with my doctor on Wednesday to have a chat with him about it. It really is my last resort right now. I just need to pull myself out of this funk I’m in and get on with things for my daughter xxx TIA xxx

I’m on them and found they really helped. I wasn’t coping without and couldn’t get it of bed but now I’m on them I do loads with my little boy. It’s not easy and there are days where I’m pulling my hair out but they help a lot x
