My ex boyfriend is currently on bail with court conditions not to get in touch with me and is. Ring charged for stalking and harassment. He isn’t allowed near any property I am staying at and isn’t allowed to get in touch directly or indirectly.
Last night I had a missed call of an unknown number which I know was him as the only other people who ring me off unknown is the police and it was just before midnight. I can’t prove it was him… anyway he got my friend to message me this morning with a message from him!!
What will happen as he has breeched his court conditions?
My friend wouldn’t send me the messages and said they’re not getting involved I feel like I can’t trust anyone right now my ex fills they’re head with a load of rubbish.

Hes using someone to get to u, let ur solicitor or the police know or try n print the messages so u have them on paper. Hes in breech so his in alot of trouble if hes out on bail
Indirect contact is still classed as him breaching his bail conditions he can get in trouble for this still x
