Hi, just wanted some advice me and my partner have 3 children. My partner got a older son which live with his mum but the mum has asked if can live with us which not got a problem with. I only have a two bedroom house, would I have to apply for housing , and do I need to let tax credits know and everyone else and maintenance is paid for the son as well. It’s just enquire as the mum might change her mind. Could you please let me know, as not sure what to do , and would appreciate some advice.
