Hi ladies, just looking for abit of advise on what to do really. Me and my partner have split up, we have a 3 year old together and also a new baby on the way. Things have got very nasty and uneasy and 100% over. My little one has his last name, now I’m wondering now we arnt together do I still put new baby as the his last name too so both siblings have same last name or do I put new baby’s surname as my last name? I know it sounds petty but I he is very difficult and when coming to holidays and stuff he will try his very best at making it as hard as possible.
