Hi to all.
I’ve had my tax credits cut off as HMRC assume the father of my children lives with me we’ve been separated since 2015 they’ve advised me I’ve had an overpayment during 2016-2017 I’ve decided to work to provide for my kids but now there also saying I’ve got to pay back the childcare and working tax I have been a single parent and I really don’t understand how this has happened. I have been receiving child Maintence throughout this period which shows on my back statements and unfortunately I did not send the CSA letters with my documents as they did not request it but I did send all household bills they’ve requested such as electric/gas,water bill,all bank statements children schools,childcare costs mobile phone,landline which are all in my name. I called them up to say he does not live with me unfortunately told me to write in they haven’t told me what evidence they have against me. They said they don’t Believe I’ve been making the nursery payments even though I’ve sent bank statements as evidence to prove otherwise, I would really appreciate any help thank you.
